We produce site-specific, permit-ready plans for your development. Submitted to your local AHJ for approval.
STEP 03
Production & shipping
Units enter manufacturing. Multiple homes produced in parallel. Shipped to your nearest US port when complete.
STEP 04
Site delivery & assembly
Your build team assembles the homes on prepared foundations using our documentation and support. Typical assembly: 2–10 days per unit.
