Yes - every Stackwell home is built to US electrical and plumbing standards. Electrical runs on 120/240V and plumbing is configured to US code.
Yes - international shipping to your nearest US port is included. Freight from port to your site is arranged separately.
Stackwell is supply-only. You engage a licensed local contractor for assembly - we provide full documentation and support.
The footing system is included with the home. Your site needs to be levelled and prepared by a licensed contractor.
Typically 2 weeks for a team of 3-5 contractors. All components arrive pre-fabricated and ready to assemble.
Approximately 12-16 weeks from deposit to delivery at your nearest US port.
